| NCDAC, was eastablished as a consumer-driven organization to
coordinate the delivery of HIV/AIDS care and prevention services in the
twelve counties of North Central Pennsylvania. We plan for the development
and funding of services to meet unmet and future needs of the community
and the underserved population. |
