Our Mission: North Central District Allied Connections, in collaboration with its communities, promotes optimal quality of life for individuals living with HIV/AIDS through facilitation of prevention, core medical, and support services.

The North Central District Allied Connections (NCDAC) announces that they will be accepting Proposals to provide care/support/housing services to HIV positive individuals. $2,674,889.10 will be available for fiscal year 2022/23. Of the total amount, $2,466,568.60 will be for care/support services utilizing Ryan White Related Rebate Funds and $208,320.50 will be for housing programming via the HOPWA Program. Proposals DO NOT need to include both services (care/support services and HOPWA specific Housing may be funded separately).
This funding is available for the following counties: Bradford, Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Potter, Snyder, Sullivan, Tioga, and Union. Organizations are encouraged to apply by downloading the RFP packet from our website at www.ncdac.com and following all directions. New Applicants will be required to attend a RFP workshop in Mill Hall on 2/16/22.
Awards will be determined by an Independent Procurement Panel appointed by the NCDAC Board of Directors. Those who are awarded funds will enter into a one-year contract with the NCDAC during the fiscal year beginning 7/1/22 and extending through 6/30/23. All applicants must be 501(c)(3) organizations within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
